APPLICATION
An AIRFLOATING plant is composed of contiguous but separate tanks, on which plant-carrying benches slide for free-root cultivation without soil and substrate. The system monitors, controls and differentiates the nutrition of the plant in the tanks for the various phenological phases, throughout the production cycle, and to do this it makes use of IT planning, automation, management and control solutions developed through the various processes of experimentation.
The AIRFLOATING system is applied to all types of leaf vegetables and has been used by EDO to start an experiment on LIGHT HEMP for the cosmetic and food industry.
